PAY FEES

 

We have made it very simple for all our dear parents to be able to pay fees with ease using different payment means. School fees can be cleared with convenience using the following methods.

Direct Bank Payments

Parents can pay directly to the provided school bank accounts. School fees is payable only through Centenary Bank OR Stanbic Bank.

Your admission will be confirmed after full payment of school fees at least two weeks before the term begins. For more information about direct bank payments, kindly contact the school administration for further instructions.

Mobile Money Payments (SchoolPay Platform)

We have partnered with SchoolPay to ensure ease of paying fees for learners. Every child upon admission is provided with a unique School Fees Payment Code that will be used throughout the child's stay at school for school fees payment purposes.

The procedure to follow to pay school fees using SchoolPay:

•  Select the mobile money network you will be paying with school fees (MTN, Airtel)

•  For MTN Network press *160*80#

•  For Airtel Network press *185*62#

 

•  Insert payment code of the child (Ensure that you have seen the child's name appear and the school name respectively)

•  Place the exact amount of school fees to be paid and the number that is to pay the amount

•  Wait for the network to process the payment, ensure to wait for a pop up message requiring you to put in your mobile money pin to approve the deduction of the payment from your mobile money account.

•  You will receive a payment alert message confirming payment, with a payment reference and child's name accordingly.

•  You can come to school and be provided with a receipt after confirmation in the system that you paid the fees OR on presenting the payment alert message to the school bursar.

Note: Always keep in mind not to forget your child's payment code and ensure to cross check the correct code while paying to avoid mistakes.
