The school admits children from the age of three years onwards. Parents are encouraged to bring children for registration then the children are interviewed and there after admitted accordingly.

Parents & guardians need to bring the following requirements during application & registration process:

•  Birth Certificate (photocopy)

•  Immunization card (photocopy)

•  Previous term report card (excluding baby class)

•  2 Passport-size photos of parent/s or guardian/s and child

•  Medical report from a recognized medical doctor

 

EXPECTATIONS FROM OUR DEAR PARENTS

We are more than delighted to have your child admitted to our school. All parents are expected to follow and bring along the following requirements before reporting day:

•  All children to report to school within two weeks after the official date of opening the school.

•  Payment of full School Fees within two weeks after registration and admission letter issuance.

•  Make payment in the bank either with a bank slip or bank draft or through SchoolPay using mobile money platforms.

•  Buy the required full school uniforms for the child from school. The uniforms include;

•  Boys shirt and Short

•  Girls blouse and Skirt

•  Pinafore Dress

•  Day wear boys

•  Day wear girls

•  Sunday wear

•  P.E uniform T. Shirt and P.E Short for boys

•  P.E uniform T. shirt and P.E skirt for girls

•  A pair of socks

•  Belt for boys

•  Sweater

•  Tie for boys

 

Our expectations from parents after admission confirmation of their children at GJS are as follows:

•  We expect all parents to attend all meetings at school.

•  Please ensure that the dropping and collecting of the child from school is done on time.

•  Every parent is expected to fulfill their financial obligation in terms of school payments and dues

•  All parents are required to ensure that the monitoring of performance and welfare of their children both at school and at home is taken as a priority.
